WEATHER – As an outdoor attraction, the Haunted Trail cannot control the weather but makes all efforts to remain open. In the event of a weather-related emergency, The Haunted Trail may close temporarily until the inclement weather has passed and will continue operations once safe. Typically operations are able to resume through light or sporadic rain. In the unlikely event in which it must close early or cannot open, all unused tickets for that night can be rescheduled for entry on another night. NO REFUNDS will be issued. If management has determined that The Haunted Trail needs to close, it will be posted on the official Facebook & Instagram pages.

The Haunted Trail of Balboa Park reserves the right to declare a specific time or entire evening as SOLD OUT.

Tickets obtained from sources other than Haunted Trail’s website or ticket booth run the risk of being counterfeit or fraudulent and will be VOIDED WITHOUT REFUND.

The Haunted Trail San Diego, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron at any time, for any reason. Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission refused.

All patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted our terms, policies, and disclaimers. We reserve the right to amend such as the need arises, and without prior notice.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON*, including but not limited to: being too scared to enter, exiting the haunt early, unused tickets, arriving after closing time, weather forecast, rain, acts of god, terrorism, circumstances outside of the Haunted Trail’s control, etc.

Bring young kids at your discretion as you will NOT be refunded if they are too scared to enter or complete event. NO babies, toddlers, strollers, or pregnant women are allowed to enter the haunt.

* If you added Purchase Protection, then a refund will be allowed if you are prevented from attending the event due to specifically listed unforeseen circumstances (terms & conditions apply).

All patrons voluntarily assume all risks, dangers, bodily harm, and loss of property associated with each and every attraction and agrees to release the operator(s), owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction.

This is an outdoor attraction which is held in the dark! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. Proper footwear is also required - no high heels or flip flops allowed!

You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; have heart, back, or respiratory problems.

Be aware, if you run, the actors will chase you!

STRIKING OR HARMING AN ACTOR OR EMPLOYEE will result in you being removed from the event without refund. We reserve the right to prosecute any patron for striking or harming our employees.

PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEO/RECORDINGS RELEASE:
I release all photographs and video recordings taken of me while on the premises and going through the haunted attraction. I acknowledge that The Haunted Trail San Diego LLC will own such “images” and further granted permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, and print in any manner whatsoever related to Haunted Trail San Diego LLC business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, social media, or any other electronic displays. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by Haunted Trail San Diego LLC prior to its use. I forever release and hold Haunted Trail San Diego LLC harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
